The foundations of KRCS are firmly based on a vast knowledge of Apple hardware and software, from the very first Macs through to the latest iOS technologies.

Applicants for our retail stores should have at least a foundation of Mac OS knowledge, and a good level of iOS literacy. Great communication skills and the ability to transmit your enthusiasm for all things Apple.

A track record in retail or other sales environments is preferred, but if you haven't sold anything professionally before we may be the ideal place for you to prove your skill!

At our head office we're always on the lookout for talented Apple qualified engineers, and Apple savvy sales people with a proven track record of sales to Business or Education. Personal Data relating to recruitment

KRCS receive personal information in the form of CV’s and covering letters from applicants for roles within our business. This information is shared internally only with the line manager responsible for undertaking that recruitment process, and also the directors of the business.

For successful candidates we retain the information (either in electronic format, or on paper, or both) in our personal records for the legitimate purpose of holding enough information to contact the staff member, their next of kin, make salary payments and other HR activities.

For unsuccessful candidates we retain the information for three months following the conclusion of the recruitment, for the purpose of resolving any questions, appeals or reviews of that recruitment process. After three months time the information is permanently deleted or destroyed.

Apple B2B Sales Professional

KRCS are looking for a new member of our Business Sales Team. Based out of our Nottingham Head Office, you will be joining one of the longest established UK Apple Resellers.

Primary Role

Selling iOS and Mac-based systems to our business customers, with a particular focus on iPad systems for the hospitality & retail sectors.

Market Segments

  • Creatives - all types of studio’s, agencies and in-house design teams using Mac to power their creativity.
  • Restaurants and Retailers - using specific apps on iOS devices to run their point-of-sale and front of house operations.

This role will include both time in the office and at customer’s sites discussing our products and services. It will include a company vehicle and involves maintaining and growing the relationships we already have, and looking for new customers and opportunities.

Our ideal candidate would have a combination of the following qualities :-

  • Experience in selling Apple products to business clients.
  • Knowledge of Apple's range of iPads and Macs, of the way they are used in the creative industry or the hospitality industry, and how that differs from the way a consumer would typically use those devices.
  • A keen interest in sales and managing a database of existing customers and prospects to increase the volume of sales that they place with KRCS.
  • Confidence in face-to-face meetings with customers and have the ability to explain how KRCS’s services could meet their needs.
  • Be well-presented and professional, but not over-formal.

The role involves the following main responsibilities :-

  • Account management of existing KRCS clients, some of whom have been with us for many years, and are looking for experienced people to help them with their future needs.
  • Prospects for new customers using our CRM database. This involves outbound calls and visiting customer sites.

  • Communicate our products for restaurants and retailers directly to the owners of those businesses. You’ll need to speak the language of restaurateurs.

  • Work with our suppliers and partners in our industry to find leads and maximise our sales revenue.

  • Assist with the creation of marketing messages around our B2B products to help us promote them to our customers.

We are based in Nottingham and you would need to be able to drive to our head office and work from there. You will share your time between working in the office and visiting our customers at their businesses.

Salary basic will be around £18-20K per annum plus performance related bonuses based on your individual achievement.

Full UK Driving license required.
